It is installed vertically, with the overflow chamber below the hydrocyclone, paying special attention to the correct direction of flow: the horizontal inlet and the vertical upper outlet.<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n

HYDROCYCLONE FILTER OPERATION<\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t\t
\u2022Normal working conditions are achieved when the pressure drop in the hydrocyclone is no less than 0.2 bar (3 PSI).<\/p>\n

\u2022The maximum operating pressure must not exceed 8 bar.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Recommended pressure drop: 0.2 bar- 0.5 bar (Higher pressure drop can lead to increased erosion and smaller pressure drop reduces the separation efficiency)<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"

HYDROCYCLONE IRRIGATION FILTERS<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

The hydrocyclone enables sand and other heavier particles to be separated from water. As a result of the centrifugal force, the solid particles move towards the wall of the cone in a downward spiral thanks to the force of gravity, until they fall into the lower collecting tank where they are stored.<\/p>\n

The clean water exits the hydrocyclone through the pipe at the top and the solid particles accumulated in the bottom tank are removed regularly.<\/p>\n
