Il est install\u00e9 verticalement, avec la chambre de d\u00e9bordement sous l’hydrocyclone, en accordant une attention particuli\u00e8re \u00e0 la direction correcte du flux\u00b0: l’entr\u00e9e horizontale et la sortie sup\u00e9rieure verticale<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n

FONCTIONNEMENT DU FILTRE HYDROCYCLONE<\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t\t
\u2022Les conditions de travail normales sont atteintes lorsque la perte de charge dans l’hydrocyclone n’est pas inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 0,2 bar (3 PSI).<\/p>\n

\u2022La pression maximale de travail ne doit pas d\u00e9passer 8 bars .<\/p>\n

\u2022Perte de charge recommand\u00e9e\u00b0: 0,2 bar- 0,5 bar (une perte de charge plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e peut entra\u00eener une augmentation de l’\u00e9rosion et une perte moins importante r\u00e9duit l’efficacit\u00e9 de la s\u00e9paration)<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"

FILTRES D’IRRIGATION HYDROCYCLONE<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

L’hydrocyclone permet de s\u00e9parer le sable et d’autres particules plus lourdes de l’eau. Sous l’effet de la force centrifuge, les particules solides se d\u00e9placent vers la paroi du c\u00f4ne dans une trajectoire en spirale descendante, sous l’effet de la gravit\u00e9, jusqu’\u00e0 ce qu’elles tombent dans le r\u00e9servoir collecteur inf\u00e9rieur o\u00f9 elles sont stock\u00e9es.<\/p>\n

L’eau propre sort de l’hydrocyclone par le tube situ\u00e9 en haut et les particules solides accumul\u00e9es dans le r\u00e9servoir inf\u00e9rieur sont p\u00e9riodiquement \u00e9limin\u00e9es.<\/p>\n
