PRODRIP PC DRIP IRRIGATION PIPES
Self-cleaning, pressure-compensating flat dripper with PC, PCND and PCAS options.
The new pressure-compensating flat dripper integrated in PRODRIP PC multi-seasonal irrigation pipes developed by GESTIRIEGO is manufactured in various wall thicknesses, drippers of various flow rates and spacing between emitters of 20 to 250 cm, which allows farmers to adapt to their farms’ varying situations. Recommended for irrigation in topographically challenging terrain, and where long sides are required.
Thin/medium walled line, with walls of 0.90 and 1.00 mm, equipped with a flat pressure-compensated dripper with wide input filter, ensuring excellent protection against blockages. High discharge uniformity between emitters. Compact and efficient. Heat-welded flat dripper with Ultra-Slim emitter, with maximum filtration surface and maximum resistance to obstructions.

PRODRIP PC FEATURES/BENEFITS
• Cascade labyrinth providing strong turbulence to avoid areas of particle sedimentation, resulting in an emitter which is highly resistant to obstructions.
• Hydrodynamic dripper design that ensures a continuous washing of sediments and small particles of dirt in the area between the membrane and the microchannel.
• Excellent coefficient of variation (CV) for maximum uniformity.
• Discharge exponent (x) of 0.0. • High quality silicone diaphragm.
• Available in standard rolls or cardboard coils.
• Durable under harsh field conditions and resistant to agrochemical applications.

• The closing pressure of the dripper is 0.2 -0.3 bar.
