MANUAL RING FILTER CHARACTERISTICS

As a main characteristic, the MX Filters feature rings made of high quality plastic materials, with a geometry that makes them special, providing them with a large filtering surface.

The rings are double sided and different on each side, with "S" shaped partitions on one side and concentric circles with a depth determined by the degree of filtration on the other.

The rings are installed in a targeted way so that they create a filtration network with a large filtering area.

BENEFITS OF MANUAL RING FILTERS

√ Increased filtration surface

√ Reduced loss of pressure.

√ Easy and quick cleaning of the rings.

√ Higher flow rates.

√ Increased filtration uniformity.

√ Higher particle retention capacity.

√ Linear and constant degree of filtration.

√ Wide range of filtration qualities.

ADVANTAGES OF MANUAL RING FILTERS

•Filtration using discs. Maximum safety. They make cleaning more effective.

•Manufactured in plastic material.

•Water and energy savings.

•The lid incorporates a 1/2”auxiliary socket. Allows an air release valve or drain valve to be incorporated

• High-strength clamp system. Extremely resistant to pressure and temperature variations.

•Easy installation, handling and maintenance.

•System with 3 oulets that enables different connection options. Savings of other parts.

OPERATION OF MANUAL RING FILTERS

The filtering process occurs when dirty water enters the channels that the rings have on their "S" -shaped side (inlet channels) and passes through to the adjacent channels (outlet channels), the dirt being retained by the concentric rings in the inlet channels and the clean water passing into the filter element.
