MX SELF-CLEANING FILTERING HEADS FILTRATION

Occurs when dirty water enters the channels that have "S" shaped rings on the side (inlet channels) and passes to the adjacent channels (outlet channels), leaving the dirt retained by the concentric rings in the inlet channels and passing the clean water into the filter element.

Occurs when a pressure difference is detected between the passage of dirty water and the passage of clean water, due to an obstruction in the filter element (ring cartridge). hen, the sense of clean water is reversed, descaling the dirt built up in the unfiltered water channel and expelling it to the outside. The 3-way base models have been specifically designed to be used in equipment with automatic or semi-automatic cleaning.

• The base consists of a dirty water inlet (2” or 3” depending on the model), a perpendicular outlet in the same size as the inlet and a service outlet (1-1/2” or 2” depending on the model) used to position a discharge valve for cleaning.

• The 3-way configurations make it possible for the filter base itself to act as a backwash valve, therefore aiding the manoeuvring using single valves at the entry and service inlet..
